Degree in Economic and Business Sciences since 1994 from the University of Alicante and PhD in Economics since 2003 from the Carlos III University of Madrid.

He has worked at the University of Alicante, Carlos III University of Madrid, Pompeu Fabra University, University of Girona, University Defense Center and University of Murcia.

He has been recognized two six-year periods of research activity granted by the ACPUA.
