Phd in Economics and Business Sciences in 2006 (she received the second prize for best doctoral thesis from the Economic and Social Council of the Gorvernment of Aragón) and currently a full permanent lecturer and researcher at the University of Zaragoza. She has been recognized 1 six-year research period by the CNEAI.

Her lines of research focus on the study of Business Strategy, specifically in the Internationalization of the Firm and Human Resources Flexibility, in addition to have carried out some work in the area of Tourism.

She has been part in several research projects and contracts with companies and public institutions. She has publised in different national and international journals, such as Universia Business Review, Revista de Gestión Pública y Privada, Personnel Review, Cuadernos de Turismo, Tourism Management, Journal of Wine Research, Journal of Wine Economics, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Wine Economics and Policy, ESIC Market.
